Name
Mental health sensitivity: Why a resilience approach may not be enough
Date & Time
Thursday, October 15, 2020, 12:00 PM - 12:25 PM
Description

During the pandemic, it’s become evident that mental and behavioral health needs are increasing, especially for essential workers on the front lines. Promoting resilience, while healthy, may not be enough to convey the appropriate level of care. Through additional sensitivity coaching, healthcare organizations can find ways to equip themselves and employee populations with the right guidance, tools and support, taking a proactive, engaged stance in addressing collective trauma.
